How are you guys doing? Fridays are good, right? You know why? Because it means new blog post! And I guess it also mean that the weekend is here.

Today blog post is about “streetwear”. Streetwear is a distinctive style of street fashion. Rooted in West Coast surf and skate culture, it has grown to encompass elements of hip-hop fashion, Japanese street fashion, and modern haute culture fashion. As with many grassroots cultural movements, Streetwear has been notoriously difficult to define. While under a constant state of evolution of style and creative direction (as with many street trends), one constant of street wear has been the types of clothing produced, commonly centering on "casual, comfortable pieces such as jeans, t-shirts, baseball caps, and sneakers”.

In this look I am wearing a simple white tee under a white shirt and only button my top three buttons. Even something as simple as that will add a lot of style and ooph to your outfit. Adding a dark element to my look I decided to go with a black skinny jean. To finish this look and the most important part of streetwear look is to have an amazing kick to go with the look. For that, I went with my Timberland. The boots add such a different feel and element to my look. It really balanced out the black & white, and put the whole outfit together as an ensemble.
